We work always in a FIVE PHASE Manner.
PHASE I -
Building up whats required... This is the strategy and planning phase of the design project where we guide our clients whats BEST for them and how to reach that. And during this phase we communicate one on one with our Clients to let them know whats best for them and also to take inputs about what exactly and how they want it to work.
PHASE II
- Executing and Working on Designs... This is the execution stage of PHASE I where the Design Team works on designing some really smart options for the company based upon the subject and inputs. The specifications and requirement arrived upon at PHASE I is put to task first in the Design phase so that the main application or website design is arrived at.
PHASE III
- Application Development & Integration... One of the most important phases after Design is the Development of the desired application with the latest coding standards and methods to make the Application work 100% like desired. During this phase all efforts are made to make the application User Friendly and Easily expandable whenever required. And finally after development and integration with the Design its ready to go LIVE for the testing Phase.
PHASE IV - Testing and Cleaning out the Bugs... In this PHASE, the application reaches the client for TESTING. And then our Testing Team works on 'one to one' with the client to fix up the Bugs which the application has and also works on the suggestions made during this phase. All Testing is done on our Testing servers first to avoid any confusions or loss of business.
PHASE V - Going LIVE...
After making it fully Web ready... its the time to Go Live. And during this phase all the files are transferred to the Client's Live Server and is tested finally to check out for Bugs (if any).
Terms... we follow Basis of Charge: If you have dealt with us before as a client, then there may be well-established understandings which make it unnecessary to have any review of the basis of charging. However, particularly with any new client, it is our policy at the start of any new piece of work, to review the fee arrangement for the particular project and plan the likely levels, and frequency of billing, as well as when we expect to be paid.
Estimates: We generally try to estimate in advance, to the best of our ability, the likely fees for any piece of work and the expenses involved
Delegation of Work: We will ensure that the work we do is carried out by the people in the firm who have the skill and experience appropriate to the task
Billing: We in advance define the different levels where the Bills to your company will be issued and we at Web Seekers always stay fixed to that
Comments and Complaints: If you feel there is any way in which we can improve our service to you, please let us know.
Confidentiality: All information in relation to clients is treated in the strictest confidence.
Payment Terms: We expect prompt payment of all bills.
For projects over $1500 -
50% as advance - 20% when website/application is delivered for final testing. - 30% (remaining) on total completion.
For project upto $1500
- 50% as advance and 50% on successful completion.
